Copyright & takedowns

Studios can upload logos and letterheads to Client Desk. If you believe something uploaded here infringes your copyright or trademark, send us a notice and we'll act on it promptly.

How to send a notice

Email team@osnwtechstudio.com with the subject “Copyright notice”, including:

• Your name, address, phone number and email
• The work you say is being infringed
• Where the material appears in Client Desk (a screenshot or document helps)
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised by you, your agent or the law
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for them
• Your physical or electronic signature

What happens next

We review the notice, remove or disable the material if it's valid, and tell the studio that uploaded it. The studio can send a counter-notice to the same address if they believe it was removed by mistake. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.
