Client Desk is a business tool run by OSNW Tech Studio. You must be at least 18 years old and using it for your business or work. By signing in you confirm this.
Keep access to your email account secure, since sign-in codes are sent there. You are responsible for what happens in your studio, including anyone you add to it.
You own what you put in Client Desk: client details, proposals, contracts, invoices, logos and letterheads. You give us permission to store and display it only so we can run the service for you. Only upload material you own or have the right to use.
Client Desk lays out documents you write or paste, including contracts drafted with AI tools. It does not give legal, tax or financial advice, and we don't check that a contract is suitable or enforceable. Have important contracts reviewed by a lawyer.
Invoices can include payment links from providers such as Paystack. Payments are handled by those providers under their own terms, not by Client Desk. Marking an invoice paid in Client Desk does not move any money.
Don't use Client Desk for anything illegal, to send spam, to impersonate others, or to upload content that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove such content or close accounts that do this. Copyright complaints follow our takedown process.
We work to keep Client Desk running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may change features; if we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email.
To the extent the law allows, OSNW Tech Studio is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of Client Desk.
You can stop using Client Desk at any time and ask us to delete your studio by emailing team@osnwtechstudio.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
