Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your account: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.
• Your studio: studio name, contact and payment details you enter, logo and letterhead.
• Your clients: the client names, contact details, projects, documents and invoice records you add.
• Technical records: basic server logs (such as IP address and time of a request) kept by our hosting providers for security.

What we don't do

No advertising, no selling of data, and no analytics or session recording. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Fonts are served from our own servers, so your browser doesn't contact Google when you use the app. If we ever add analytics, it will stay off until you agree.

Face ID and fingerprint lock

If you turn on the app lock, your phone or computer checks your face, fingerprint or screen lock itself. Client Desk never receives or stores biometric data; it only keeps an ID for the passkey your device created, on that device.

Children

Client Desk is for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has signed up, email team@osnwtechstudio.com and we'll delete the account.

Who processes your data

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage
• Vercel: hosting the app
• Resend: sending sign-in code emails
• Google: only if you choose “Continue with Google”

Each studio's data is kept separate; other studios can't see it.

Your clients' information

You decide what client information to enter and are responsible for having a good reason to hold it. We process it only to run Client Desk for you.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is open. To get a copy, correct something or delete your studio, email team@osnwtechstudio.com. Deleted data is removed from the live database straight away and from backups within 30 days.
